No. DnA Financial provides bookkeeping and financial record organization services only. Tax preparation, tax advice, legal services, CPA services, auditing, financial planning, and investment advice are not provided.
Common documents include bank statements, credit card statements, receipts, sales reports, invoices, merchant processing statements, existing spreadsheets, and any supporting documents related to business income or expenses.
An account is each individual bank, credit card, or other financial account that needs to be reviewed as part of your bookkeeping. For example, one checking account and one credit card would count as two accounts.
DnA Financial uses a customized bookkeeping workbook to organize transactions, track financial activity, and prepare your reports. You do not need to purchase or subscribe to bookkeeping software to use our services.
If personal and business transactions are mixed, you may need to provide the statements that include business activity. DnA Financial can help organize the business-related transactions based on the information provided.
Monthly bookkeeping starts at $150 per month for one account and includes up to 100 transactions per month. Additional transactions over 100 are billed at $1.00 per transaction.
Yes. Catch-up bookkeeping starts at $300. Final pricing depends on the number of months, accounts, transaction volume, and the condition of the records provided.
Transactions that cannot be reasonably identified may be marked for review or categorized as Other until additional information is provided.
DnA Financial provides remote bookkeeping services to small businesses throughout the United States. You do not need to be located in Philadelphia to work with us.
